The excellence of our specialty coffee, as well as our unbeatable service, have often been endorsed by various awards over the years. Our consistent taste and flavour blends are a result of years of hard work that, we hope, can changes the way one perceives coffee!

Our relationship with coffee goes back to our childhood days. However, our introduction to awards began with Coffee Alchemy’s inception.

While we were building a cult following for our specialty coffee in Australia, Hazel was capturing multiple New South Wales Barista Championship titles, showcasing her incredible talents year after year. In 2005, she was named Australian Barista Champion, followed by the Australian Cup Tasting Championship in 2007, which demonstrated her exceptional palate and understanding of specialty coffee. These wins sent Hazel on to represent Australia at both the World Barista Championship and the World Cup Tasting Championship, truly remarkable experiences.

Back at home, the Sydney Morning Herald proclaimed Coffee Alchemy the Best Coffee in Sydney for years on end. Having risen to the pinnacle of the hyper-competitive Australian coffee scene, the future is truly limitless.
