Go with Gratitude - Colombia Timanco

Altitude: 1,600 – 1,850m
Varieties: Caturra, Colombia, Castillo
This coffee hails from Timaná, a municipality in Huila, Colombia, that is surrounded by the Andes. With the Magdalena and Golden Rivers in close proximity, the farming terrain produces a complex, yet sweet and balanced coffee. This season’s harvest is delightfully syrupy and satisfying with dried fruit and chocolate. Many of the farmers are descendants of the three indigenous tribes in the area and are known for their resilience and determination.
This coffee is so well rounded that it’s great for many applications: pourouver, drip, cold brew and lattes.
From storage to roasting and preparing deliveries, we prioritize the safety of all our customers and staff.
All surfaces and utensils used in coffee preparation are sanitized routinely.
Face masks and gloves are provided to all staff and mandatory at all times. Handwashing is carried out every 30 minutes and social distancing is followed.
